How do I know if the teas are working for me?

The full femme cycle includes the follicular phase (days 1–14), ovulation (around day 14), and the luteal phase (days 15–28). Your tea bundle honors each phase with tailored blends: the follicular blend supports energy, hormonal balance, and renewal, while the luteal blend nurtures relaxation, uterine health, and stress relief.

Start drinking the follicular blend on the first or second day of your period and continue through ovulation (about day 14). Switch to the luteal blend from ovulation until your next period begins. This creates a seamless, supportive rhythm for your entire cycle.

This tea is intended for you to grow a deeper connection with your body and notice changes through the phases.  Ovulation is your "full moon," which lasts about 24 hours and is your peak fertile window. You will notice things like:

  • Cervical Mucus:

    • During ovulation: Mucus becomes clear, stretchy, and slippery, resembling raw egg whites.

    • Beginning of Luteal Phase: Mucus dries up again or becomes sticky.

  • Libido Changes

    • During Ovulation: Many women experience a heightened sense of arousal, energy and confidence due to surging estrogen and testosterone. Do you feel more flirtatious, energetic, or drawn to intimacy?

    • Beginning of Luteal Phase: Sexual desire drops and so may your energy and mood.

There are other ways that help like using a cycle tracking app or checking basal body temperature.

These teas are beneficial! They are made to bring regularity and hormonal balance to your sacred cycle that ebbs and flows throughout the month.

Most women can safely enjoy these blends, but there are a few considerations:

  • Avoid red clover and damiana (follicular blend) if you’re pregnant or on hormone-related medications.

  • Avoid ginger and tulsi (luteal blend) if you have acid reflux, ulcers, or are on blood thinners.

  • If you’re allergic to plants in the Asteraceae family (e.g., chamomile or calendula), use caution.

  • If you are breastfeeding, consult your healthcare provider. Some herbs, like red clover and ginger, may need to be avoided or used in moderation.

Yes! These blends can be part of a long-term holistic approach to hormonal health. Always consult a healthcare provider for personalized advice.

No, both blends are 100% caffeine-free.

Yes, but their effects may be subtler since birth control regulates your cycle. These teas can still support overall wellness, stress relief, and hormonal balance.

Pay attention to how you feel! The follicular blend should support energy, clarity, and hormonal balance, while the luteal blend should ease cramps, bloating, and stress. If you notice improvements in mood, digestion, or cycle regularity, the teas are likely working for you.
