  • What is the luteal phase, and why is this tea blend designed for it?
The luteal phase is the time between ovulation and your period (typically days 15–28 of your cycle). This blend supports the body as it prepares for menstruation, focusing on hormonal balance, stress relief, uterine nourishment and PMS comfort.

How often should I drink this tea during the luteal phase?
Drink 1–2 cups daily starting after ovulation and until your period starts.

Can I drink this tea if I’m not in the luteal phase?
Yes, but its benefits are optimized for this phase. For example, ginger and chamomile can help anytime, while red raspberry leaf and tulsi are best saved for post-ovulation.

How do I know when I'm ovulating to switch teas? This tea is intended to bring you closer to your body and notice changes through the phases.  Ovulation is your "full moon," which lasts about 24 hours and is your peak fertile window, so begin this tea when you feel you've entered your Luteal Phase. You will notice things like:

    • Cervical Mucus:
      • During ovulation: Mucus becomes clear, stretchy, and slippery, resembling raw egg whites
      • Beginning of Luteal Phase: Mucus dries up again or becomes sticky.
    • Libido Changes

      • During Ovulation: Many women experience a heightened sense of arousal, energy and confidence due to surging estrogen and testosterone. Do you feel more flirtatious, energetic, or drawn to intimacy?
      • Beginning of Luteal Phase: Sexual desire drops and so may your energy and mood.

There are other ways that help like using a cycle tracking app or checking basal body temperature. The key is to grow a deeper connection with your body!

Is this tea safe for everyone?

While most people can safely enjoy this tea, there are a few considerations:

    • Pregnancy: Avoid damiana and red clover, as they may stimulate uterine contractions.
    • Medications: If you’re on hormonal birth control or thyroid medication, consult your healthcare provider before use, as red clover and other herbs may interact.
    • Allergies: If you’re allergic to plants in the Asteraceae family (like calendula or chamomile), use caution.
    • Men: While the blend is formulated to support feminine health, most of the ingredients offer general wellness beneficial for anyone. Some of these herbs contain mild phytoestrogens, but are unlikely to cause imbalances in men in moderate amounts. However, men with hormone-sensitive conditions (e.g., prostate issues) should consult a healthcare provider.

Can I use this tea to support fertility or hormonal balance long-term?
